Matt James is providing most of the background music for our DVD's and we caught up with him playing live at Carrara Markets on the Gold Coast in January, so we got the cameras rolling.

61-A New Beginning

18th May 2009.

Bugger, the first people to come and see Tinkerbelle and take her for a test drive snapped her up. Although a sad day for me, I'm sort of happy coz she's going to a nice family and she's going to do the big trip all over again with them. We got very attached to all three as they were our home and way of life for the past year and an integral part of one of the best experiences we've ever had in our lives.

60-Finally home.

12th May 2009.

Marlene is happy to be home and has been madly cleaning up and sorting the garden out.  I'm not a "happy chappy" and finding it hard to settle down back into surburban life. Life on the road is such an awesome experience and there is so much of Australia we still haven't seen, ah well, maybe next year when we've saved some more money and if I can convince the boss it's time to go again.

59-Crossing the Nullabor

18th April 2009.

Leaving Streaky Bay, we're heading for the long haul across The Nullabor back into Western Australia, which is reputedly one of Australia's longest and most boring drives.

Left Coober Pedy and we're finally back on sealed roads as we head south to Port August.
